Activities & Side Trips
There are many extra curricular activities and side trips available to all guests designed for both hunters and non-hunters. Spouses and family members that are not interested in hunting can choose from a variety of day trips, outings and side trips.
CONCESSION GAME DRIVE
The Tom Miranda Hunting Safaris main camp has a game drive vehicle and guests can pre-arrange a game drive or a sundowner cocktail in the bush veld.

CURIOS SHOPPING
Often spouses request a shopping day for curios. There are several shops than can be visited with-in a 2 hour drive of the lodge.

CHEETAH EXPERIENCE
Cheetah Experience is a registered non-profit endangered species breeding centre in Bela Bela, South Africa. Our Mission is to raise awareness of the vulnerability of South African species and other endangered species through educational experiences, as well as ethically breeding cheetahs in captivity. We are home to a number of endangered and threatened species, including cheetahs, leopards, lions, servals, caracals, African wildcats, wolves, and a Siberian tiger.

WALK WITH THE ELEPHANTS
As numbers of elephants have decreased by some 350% in the last 70 years and by 110 000 elephants in the last ten years (Great Elephant Census) due to poaching and habitat loss, we are honoured to have saved a few. We are even more thrilled to be able to connect you with Elephants through our unique interactions, so that you might see them for what they are, and therefore think a little bit more about their future, and indeed many other species, in an ever changing and modernizing Africa.

KRUGER PARK
