ANDRE TERBLANCHE
Head Professional Hunter Andre also handles the Operational Logistics at Tom Miranda Hunting Safaris. Andre is a favorite among the clients who attend the Safari Camp as are several of his PH Team. Andre is a seasoned bowhunter and is a fantastic partner in the blind for the novice and seasoned bowhunter alike.
MARK COLOSI
An avid bowhunter for more than 50 years, Mark was once a client of Tom Miranda Hunting Safaris. After his first Africa hunt, Mark became so enamored with Africa and the vision of what Tom Miranda was trying to accomplish, he offered his services as Marketing Director. Mark had been a marketing executive and was recently retired.... so before he knew it, Mark was back to work and marketing Tom's Bowhunting vision. Mark is now the President of Tom Miranda Hunting Safaris and is the point person for booking your bowhunting safari.
JOHAN & FRANCIS GROBLER
Johan and Francis are the owners of the Tom Miranda Hunting Safaris Concession.. The Groblers operate a mega grain and cattle farming operation in the coal district of north central South Africa. Their huge hunting concession was the family's private play ground for many years until a deal was struck to make the game rich reserve Tom Miranda's base camp of operations. Both Johan, Francis and their 3 sons are avid hunters and all stop by the lodge from time to time to meet the bowhunters coming to hunt their very special property.
FIONA KRUGER
Fiona works as our Lodge Consultant as well as markets all of Tom Miranda's signature merchandise in South Africa.
Each hunter in camp receives a complementary safari shirt and cap and our on site store is stocked with Tom Miranda, books DVD's, tee shirts and other Tom Miranda memorabilia. Fiona also has her own jewelry line which is also available at the lodge.
TOM MIRANDA
Known as the Adventure Bowhunter, Tom Miranda has had a long television career bowhunting around the globe. Tom grew up as a trapper, a hobby that evolved into a passion after high school. Picking up bowhunting in his mid 20's Miranda began making bowhunting videos which eventually led to a TV series in 1990 titled Outdoor Adventure Magazine. The series was well liked and soon airing on ESPN's Total Sports Network. Although Tom has bow hunted on all 6 continents for big game, his love is Africa where he has travelled and hunted over 50 times. Tom Miranda's first Africa trip was in 1998 and his African bowhunting camp officially began taking clients in 2007.
