In the late 1990's Tom Miranda brought portable "whitetail deer" tree stands to Africa in his luggage to use while filming his ESPN TV bowhunting episodes. These stands were difficult to use in the shorter, thorny trees of the bush veld- yet gave Tom's video footage the look of a whitetail hunt in Africa.

Today we utilize specially designed double ladder stands which when brushed in properly give a very exciting hunting perspective for bowhunters on stand over active waterholes.
